RUNNING EVENTS: Call for Future events.

ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS (AOA) – A social environment for those young at heart.  These young seniors get together monthly for a birthday luncheon at one of the local restaurants for fun, fellowship and food.  Any questions call Karen Utley at ext. 234.

SPECIALTY CLASSES – We offer fitness certifications, CPR/FA/AED/BBP classes, CPR for pets,  and babysitting classes at both Fayetteville and Hope Mills locations.  For additional information please call us.
