This exercise class is geared toward our senior members,
most exercises being performed in chairs, working on developing flexibility while being easy on the joints.
Step Aerobics Wednesday - 6:00pm
A high-impact, choreographed class that uses risers, weights and resistance bands to build strength and tone muscles.
Cardio Meltdown Tues - 9:00am; Thurs - 6:00pm
A high calorie burning class that builds strength and works the cardio-vascular system.
Yoga Thurs - 9:00am; Tues - 6:00pm
Members any fitness level will enjoy this class which focuses on stretching, flexing and toning while soothing the mind.
Zumba Wednesday - 10:00am
A Latin dance class commonly called “Party Fitness” with fun and easy to follow dance moves.
