Day Trips for Active Older Adults   

Social environment for those young at heart. Monthly Bingo sessions. Various day trips are offered throughout the year exclusively for our on-the-go older members. These outings range from birthday luncheons to visits to southern specialty shops, often to such beautiful places as Pinehurst or White Lake. A schedule of activities will be available at the Fayetteville Family YMCA.

American Red Cross Instructor Certification Courses

10K and 5K run have overall male, overall female and 15 age groups

10K and 5K team runs have 1st and 2nd open division and 1st and 2nd military division

No award for 2K

Certs for kids

Tshirt contest winner will receive overnight stay at Blockade Runner in WLm and gift card toward dinner at Oceanic in wlm
